 Mister Cold offers UPS Ground and USPS Priority Mail shipping for all products except for Koolit Cases. Koolit cases will ship via UPS Ground ONLY to locations west of the Mississippi. Tracking numbers will be emailed to you once your package is shipped. Please allow up to 7 business days from the time of order for shipments requested via UPS Ground, and 5 business days for shipments requested via USPS Priority mail. Most orders ship within 48 hours.Canada orders ship via UPS. Customers in Canada are responsible for ALL country taxes and customs brokers fees. Our shipping fees only include shipping to your address. They do not include any additional fees associated with taxes, tariffs, or customs broker fees. Please be aware of Canadian fees in your province. Orders will not be refunded due to refusual to pay additional fees once your shipment has arrived inside Canadian borders. |
